The purpose of this study is to learn more about the experiences of recently bereaved family members. Specifically, to understand your opinions and experiences of end-of-life care.

How do I Take Part?

You can take part in this study if you:

• Are 40 years or older

• Speak English 

• Have experienced the death of a significant person (aged 40+, a family member or relationship partner) who had an illness within the past 12 months (e.g., Cancer, heart disease, Stroke, Alzheimer's disease).

• Live in Los Angeles or Ventura County.  

• Are able and willing to participate in a 40 minute interview by Zoom, phone, or directly through the online survey
